Giving Students a V.O.I.C.E

 In class the teacher is known to be the one in charge of the educational process. 

However, for that process to be successful, students need to be granted voice and choice to be able to shift the responsibility in their corner, not for selfish reasons, but to ensure they become fully aware of their role and to increase their motivation and engagement in class.
